I have spent years working with financial advisors across every firm type, every channel, and every stage of their career — wirehouses, regional broker-dealers, independent BDs, RIA platforms, and everything in between. Solo advisors. Teams managing billions. Every shape and size of practice. Advisors just hitting their stride. Advisors thinking about their last move.
What I have learned working across that landscape is that no two situations are the same. The advisor at a wirehouse who has been there 22 years has a completely different set of considerations than the advisor at an IBD who is ready to launch their own RIA. What they share is the same fundamental need — someone who will sit with them, understand their specific situation, and help them weigh out what their next step actually looks like for their business.
That is what I do. I help advisors understand their options, evaluate their real choices, and make the move that is right for them — not the fastest move, not the most common move, but the right one. And I stay with them through every step of the process.
Born and raised in Haverhill, MA — still currently reside here today with my wife and two sons.
